Welcome to Mosaic! We are a cooperative of independant therapists who are purposefully working together to create a more comprehensive form of help for our clients. We specialize in working with relationships but all of us have extensive training with a broad range of mental health and growth issues.

We share a common vision of using a certain eclectic group of perspectives to create processes that help people make significant changes in relationships and in life. A few of these include: Attachment Theory, Systems Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and various forms of Cognitive Therapy.

Our Approach

After some experimentation, we found that by combining perspectives in certain ways, we could effect significant change. This was especially true for couples therapy, which has traditionally been thought of as very difficult to do effectively. We got inspired to think big.

We are excited to keep expanding our own Mosaic of therapy and personal lives as we work with you. Cat Stevens once said, “If you want to sing out, sing out.” This website is our first step at making a new song. Below is a list of therapists either involved directly or as associates who want to share our vision.
